Returns in store:

Drinks may only be returned if:

  • They have not yet been made
  • You were given an incorrect one or if it's missing/has incorrect items

Merchandise items may be returned if:

  • They are in the original packaging and an unused condition
  • They were in originally in a faulty condition

You may request a refund or an exchange of your item with our staff within 14 days of your purchase with the original proof of purchase and only in the store where the product was purchased.

Online Returns:

The items MUST be in a saleable condition and their original undamaged packaging.

We'll refund or exchange the item should you so wish.

We do not provide a free returns service and cannot refund postage costs or the original delivery charge unless the item has arrived damaged.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transport so please ensure you wrap all items securely for transportation.

Please also retain your proof of postage.

All refunds will be paid within 14 days.
